It increases the pH level of water in the range of 8.0 – 9.5 which is essential for a healthy body and mind. pH of normal RO water is 7.
In-Tank UV LED: Most of the water purifiers have a UV membrane attached to the filter area in which water passes through and make it disinfectant from bacteria and viruses. But in Kent Supreme Extra the UV LED is situated in the water storage tank and make water free from all the bacteria and viruses. Fewer water purifiers have this UV in-tank feature.

Purification Stages
All the stages are arranged in order from first to last.
Sediment Filter:
It acts as the first stage of water purification. It removes heavy impurities like dust, sand, and mud from the water. It has tiny pores of 5 microns.
Active Carbon Filter:
It contains black carbon particles inside it which reduce excess chlorine, organic impurities by absorbing bad taste and odor. All the dissolved substances get attracted to the carbon particles on the surface.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane:
RO purification can remove the smallest solid particles and makes the dirtiest water fit for drinking. It has tiny pores of 0.0001 microns.
Ultra-Filtration (UF) Cartridge:
UF Cartridge is added after RO to make water more purified which removes some leftover contaminants into the water.
TDS Controller:
It is a device that is used to adjust TDS manually and increase the TDS level of the water as per your need to add natural minerals into the water.
Alkaline Cartridge:

Zero water wastage is achieved by re-circulating the rejected water into the overhead tank using its own water pump. It ensures that no drop of water is wasted during the purification process.

Yes, it can change the taste of salty as well as smelly water into pure drinking water.

Can I use it if TDS is below 2000?
Yes, you can use it below 2000 TDS as well as you can also use it if TDS is more than 2000 but not more than 2500.
Can I use it if TDS is below 200?
Yes, you can use it BUT if your TDS is below 200 you should use UV Water Purifier.
